Matt Richman has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily as a founder and CEO. Matt founded Ghost Sherpa in 2020 and is currently serving as the CEO, providing affordable graphic design services to marketing teams and agencies. In 2019, they established Day Six Ventures, where they hold the position of founder and CEO. Before transitioning into entrepreneurship, Matt held significant roles at Debo's Diners from 2012 to 2018, including co-owner and COO, as well as Vice President. Debo's Diners operated several Steak 'n Shake locations, gaining recognition for their success.

Matt began their career in 2004 as a Preaching & Teaching Minister at Churches of Christ, where they worked until 2012. Overall, Matt Richman's career trajectory showcases their entrepreneurial skills and dedication to helping businesses grow.
