Grace Mellis

Grace Mellis is currently an advisor at Ghostcast. Prior to that, they were the CFO and SVP of Corporate Finance and Business Intelligence at Green Dot Corporation from November 2013 to August 2016. Mellis was brought in to upgrade finance, payroll and controllerships teams, evaluate and migrate GL off legacy system (Sage to Oracle), improve forecasting and finance and accounting processes. Grace also created a business intelligence division and improved existing budget and forecasting processes. Prior to Green Dot Corporation, Mellis was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan from January 2004 to December 2013 where they built a Sales Platform for the recently integrated Corporate and Investment Bank Investor Services business including Prime Brokerage, Futures and Options and OTC Clearing and Securities Services. Mellis has also been the EMEA CFO Treasury and Securities Services where they managed a 200 person EMEA Finance function for TSS including running regional management committees including control and risk functions.

Grace Mellis has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA from Harvard University, and a Master's Degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from The University of Hong Kong.
