Katie Troue

Katie Troue has worked for five different companies since 2009. Katie began their career as a Marketing Intern at Asprey in 2009, followed by a Rental Administrative Assistant role at Troy Rehabilitation & Improvement Program, Inc. in 2010. In 2011, they took on the role of HR Administrator at Health Research, Inc., where they coordinated the recruitment process, evaluated and processed promotion requests, and worked with the Payroll team to process changes. From 2013-2017, Katie Troue worked at Evidon, Inc., first as an HR Generalist and then as an HR Coordinator. In 2017, they moved to Ghostery, Inc. and assumed the role of Director of People Operations and Talent and Culture Manager, where they actively recruited for talent, administered employee onboarding, drove employee culture, and managed the benefits program.

Katie Troue attended Siena College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management. In 2009, they also studied abroad with FIE: Foundation for International Education.
