Karla Alfaro-Seda

Karla currently serves as the Marketing Manager at GHP Management, where she oversees marketing and advertising strategies to drive occupancy, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance the company's reputation. Her journey in property management began in 2008 as a Leasing Associate, eventually advancing to Regional Manager for STUHO Student Housing, where she successfully managed a portfolio of 20 properties near USC.

Following the completion of her degree, Karla broadened her expertise in Information Technology and has held a variety of roles, including Loss Prevention Detective at Bloomingdale’s, Technical Engineer at C.W. Driver Companies, and Sales & Marketing Director for two health and wellness brands. Prior to joining GHP, she served as Marketing Manager at Clarion Property Management. Her multidisciplinary background brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to her marketing work, with a strong focus on customer experience and long-term client relationships.

A proud Los Angeles native, Karla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Computer Forensics from Westwood College, where she graduated Cum Laude.
