An executive with a strong passion for excellence and values, she has led a wide range of functional teams including commercial, financial, strategic, corporate development, and more. Her breadth of experience spans start-ups, mid-size companies, and large multi-national organizations in medical devices, pharma, diagnostics, communications, and urgent care.

In her current role as general manager, Vendormate, Leonard is responsible for overseeing the Commercial, Product, and Operations teams with P/L responsibility and Atlanta site leadership. Her multi-functional expertise and track record for accelerating, forming, and even turning around high-growth businesses, makes her uniquely suited to lead this $70M business unit.
