Heather French

Heather French is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at GHX. Previously, Heather held the position of Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Western Union, where responsibilities included legal corporate affairs, litigation, and public policy. Additionally, Heather served as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Ares Management Corporation and has extensive experience at American Capital, Ltd., progressing from Vice President to Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Heather is also a Charter Member of TechGC. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
