Lydia Holmstrand

Lydia Holmstrand is an experienced data operations professional with a solid background in data analysis and product management. Currently serving as Data Operations Manager and previously as Sr. Data Analyst at GHX since April 2022, Lydia has demonstrated expertise in business intelligence delivery and analytics. During tenure at Novant Health, Lydia effectively managed BI delivery for finance and experience analytics, employing skills in business analysis, SQL, and agile methodologies. Prior experience includes roles at Lumere, Epic, and LMI, where Lydia refined data integration processes, supported health interoperability solutions, and significantly improved data processing times.
