Monika Chandel is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and consumer sectors, currently serving as the Business Head for Healthcare & Consumer at Gi Group since April 2020. Previously, Monika held the position of Practice Manager at Synergy Consultants, where the focus was on helping global healthcare and high technology companies recruit top talent across various business units. Earlier experience includes serving as Practice Lead for the Pharma, Healthcare & Lifesciences Business Unit at Elixir Consulting, overseeing account and delivery management for industries such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Monika holds an MBA in Human Resource from Indus Business Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics from Government College for Girls, Chandigarh.
