Vikas Chadha

Vikas Chadha has more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles and advisory boards at major corporates. Vikas is currently the Managing Director at GI Outsourcing, where they have been since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Ampersand Group from April 2019 to September 2020. Vikas also has experience as the Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer at Keys Hotels from June 2011 to March 2019, and as the CFO - Chief Financial Officer at Rochem Separation Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. from January 2010 to June 2011. In addition, they have held various finance and planning roles at companies such as Kaya Limited, airtel, Thomas Cook, Tata Global Beverages (erstwhile Tata Tea Ltd), and Mahindra & Mahindra. Vikas is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has expertise in establishing successful business partnerships and implementing financial and business strategies. Vikas is also a book author and has written the bestseller "Secret of Success and a Happy Heart."

Vikas Chadha completed their Senior Secondary education at Fatima High School from 1977 to 1988. Vikas then pursued a degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in Finance, Planning, and Tax, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Cost Accountancy from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, finishing in 1995. In 2016, they were honored with the Most Influential CFO's award from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In 2020, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad to study project planning and management under the field of Business Administration and Management, General.
