Xiao Tsai

Xiao Tsai is a Director of GI Partners. He currently serves on the board of LightEdge. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Tsai was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in New York, where he led the group’s communications infrastructure investments across the Americas and served on the board of Altán Redes. Earlier in his career, he was an analyst at AMI Group in Chicago. Xiao began his career as an engineer at GE Aviation and Motorola Mobility.
