• Research and promotion of B2B partnerships as well as public-private partnerships.





GLOBAL INDUSTRY AFRICA GROUP has mainly carried out several development projects in the real estate sector 
in the CEMAC sub-region, and this by offering several innovative products that meet the expectations of its 
customers. We have supported and accompanied in particular the national real estate company (SNI) of Gabon 
in its construction projects of 2000 social and medium standard housing units in Libreville for nearly 102 million 
EUR, and In Congo Brazzaville. 1500 social and medium standard housing units, commercial centers and modern 
markets for EUR 76 million. In Cameroon, same projects to the tune of EUR 10 million. In Equatorial Guinea, similar 
projects were carried out for EUR 35 million and in Côte d'Ivoire for EUR 45 million. All these accomplishments were 
obtained through funding acquired from government of the various states and private investors mainly from 
Maghreb countries and China who are interested in investing in One-off projects in Africa.


To date, GLOBAL INDUSTRY AFRICA GROUP has piloted the creation of several B2B partnerships, which have 
enabled the installation of several Chinese, Moroccan and European multinationals in Africa.
