Brandon Pace

Brandon Pace currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Gemological Institute of America, effective February 2024, where efforts focus on consumer protection in luxury minerals and jewelry. Brandon is also a Managing Member at Almaden Partners and a Member of OnConferences and TechGC, a peer community for General Counsel. Previous roles include Chief Administrative & Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at LendingClub, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at eBay, and senior litigation positions at eBay and PayPal. Additionally, Brandon has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Pleasanton and Salt Lake County. Brandon holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in History from Brigham Young University.
