Georgann Hilberg

Georgann Hilberg is a seasoned professional in the medical sales and gemology fields, currently pursuing studies as a GIA Graduate Gemologist at the Gemological Institute of America since September 2025. Georgann's previous role as US AVP Oncology Sales at BD from January 2021 to June 2025 involved leading a team in oncology sales, generating $222 million in revenue and fostering a culture of resilience and continuous improvement. Prior experience includes serving as District Sales Manager at CR Bard, where Georgann was instrumental in leading a team across the West Coast and received multiple Region of the Year awards, as well as achievements at Hologic, Inc. as a Territory Manager, and at Merck as a Professional Sales Representative. Georgann began a career as a Chemical Engineer at Rhodia Inc., after earning a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
