Amber Koehler

Amber Koehler has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Giant Eagle, Inc. since February 2015, after holding the position of Quality Assurance Specialist. Prior to this role, Amber spent over eight years at HJ Heinz, where a focus on new product development was prominent, contributing to the Smart Ones brand as a Food Technologist and also working on the Foodservice Soups Business. Additional roles at HJ Heinz included Associate Food Technologist, Research Assistant, and Lab Assistant, demonstrating a robust background in product innovation for brands such as Ore-Ida and Boston Market. Amber holds a Master’s degree in Food Science from Kansas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Penn State University.
