Carly Gerard (she/her)

Carly Gerard (she/her) has been employed in a variety of roles since 2014. Carly began their career as a Campus Security Dispatcher at Belmont University, where they answered multiple phones and recorded calls accurately, dispatched calls to patrol officers, and recorded information of daily activity for future reference. In 2015, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks, where they provided superb customer service while maintaining several job duties, curated both basic and original orders for all customers, and handled the cash registers. In 2016, they interned at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center as a War Memorial Auditorium Marketing Intern, where they were tasked with developing marketing for all shows and events, deployed grassroots marketing tactics, and managed promotional, sponsored, and educational ticket issues. In 2017, they worked at +kam as a Project Coordinator, where they assisted the Director of Operations with completing projects for various accounts, managed all communications between brand ambassadors, tour managers, field managers, vendors, and clients, and coordinated and conducted Contractor/Vendor training for each project. In 2018, they worked at Solstice as an Office Experience Coordinator, where they ensured guests and team members were comfortable and suited to what they need in the office space, organized, updated, scheduled, and coordinated meetings, and assisted with on-site events and general meeting logistics. In 2020, they worked at Kin + Carta as an Office Experience Coordinator, where they ensured guests and team members were comfortable and suited to what they need in the office space, organized, updated, scheduled, and coordinated meetings, and assisted with on-site events and general meeting logistics. Currently, they are employed at Giant Spoon as an Office Associate and at Multitude Productions as an Ad Operations Assistant.

Carly Gerard earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Belmont University between 2012 and 2016.
