Icaro Mariani has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Icaro started their career as an Engineering Intern at Itajui Engenharia de Obras, where they acted as a liaison between the office and worksite teams, providing progress reports and budget updates. Icaro then worked as an Engineering Intern at Renault, managing production control and logistics, optimizing operational efficiency, and creating a system to improve data connection in production.

After that, Icaro joined RESAT - Construtora de obras as an Engineering Intern, where they organized construction documentation, managed project invoices, and implemented new logistics for materials movement on-site. Icaro later became a Civil Engineer at Brafer Construções Metálicas S/A, supervising steel structure assemblies for the Samarco Mining Company project. Icaro also served as an Engineering Intern at Brafer, contributing to the assembly project.

Next, Icaro worked as a Civil Engineer at Cia de Cimento Itambé, one of the main cement producers in Brazil, where they focused on quality and performed various civil engineering tasks. Currently, they are working at Giatec | Smart Construction Solutions, initially as an Engineering Solutions Associate and currently as the Manager of Engineering Solutions.

In 2022, Icaro will be joining Kiewit as a Concrete Engineer. Overall, Icaro's work experience demonstrates their expertise in engineering solutions, construction management, and project supervision.

Icaro Mariani obtained a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paraná between the years 2007 and 2011. Following this, they pursued further specialization by completing a Construction Pathologies Specialist program at the Federal University of Technology - Parana, spanning from 2012 to 2013. Icaro then proceeded to acquire a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paraná, which took place from 2014 to 2016.
