Kristin Sostowski

Kristin Sostowski serves as the Director of the Employment and Labor Law Department at Gibbons P.C. since August 2005, providing strategic counsel to employers on compliance, risk avoidance, and litigation defense across various employment-related matters. Sostowski has been actively involved in the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) since July 2011, holding multiple leadership roles, including Team Leader of the Higher Education Practice, NAWL Liaison to the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession, and President during the 2019-2020 term, where Sostowski led the organization through significant events including the centennial of the 19th Amendment and the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous experience includes time as an Associate at McDermott Will & Emery from 2001 to 2005 and as a National Campus Organizer for the Feminist Majority Foundation from 1997 to 1998. Sostowski holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Swarthmore College.
