Suprotik Das

Suprotik Das is an Associate in the Corporate Group at Gibbons P.C., focusing on M&A and general corporate-commercial matters while also representing early-stage companies and founders in seed funding deals since June 2023. Previously, Suprotik served as Counsel at RAITI, PLLC from October 2022 to June 2023, advising on global M&A and capital markets transactions, particularly involving the US, EU, and emerging markets. Earlier experience includes a role as a Volunteer Lawyer and Judicial Intern at the New York State Supreme Court, assisting judges with legal research and decision drafting, and as an Associate in the Corporate and TMT practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, representing clients in technology-centric PE/M&A transactions. Suprotik holds an LLM in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law and a B.A., LL.B (Hons.) in Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Jindal Global Law School, supplemented by an exchange program at City University of Hong Kong.
