Arkadiusz Stefański is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Currently serving as a Senior Research & Recruitment Specialist at Kløden Executive Search since May 2024, Arkadiusz previously held roles at Gibbs Hybrid, where advisory services catered to various talent solutions for clients, and at IHS Markit, overseeing recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing for the European market. Prior to these positions, Arkadiusz contributed to Alexander Mann Solutions with recruitment support for large corporations and developed employer partnerships to facilitate job placements for individuals with disabilities. Arkadiusz holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Gdansk and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Bialystok University of Technology.
