Linda Lam

Linda Lam is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in representing individuals and small businesses against corporate misconduct. As a Partner at Gibbs Law Group LLP since November 2015, Linda Lam has litigated cases involving fraud, employment disputes, and medical malpractice under both state and federal laws. Previously, Linda served as an Associate at Lewis, Feinberg, Lee, & Jackson, P.C., where representation focused on wage and hour laws, ERISA, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Earlier roles include Research Assistant under Professor Reuel Schiller, Law Clerk at Kazan, McClain, Satterley, Lyons, Greenwood & Oberman, and Judicial Extern for Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero, where Linda gained valuable insights into legal research and courtroom procedures.
