John Neil

John Neil is the current Vice President & General Manager of Building Products at Gibraltar Industries. Prior to this, they served as the VP & General Manager of Construction North America at SFS intec from January 2013 to December 2016, where they were responsible for transforming strategic growth and operational efficiencies to the benefit of customers and shareholders. Before that, they were the General Manager at ITW Industrial Fastening from March 2012 to October 2012, where they led the profitable growth of the Division comprised of 4 businesses. And before that, they were the General Manager at ITWRamset from October 2005 to March 2012, where they were responsible for driving the profitable growth of the Division via new market and new product innovations resulting in over $50m sales.

John Neil has an MBA in marketing from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BSBA in marketing from The University of Akron. John also attended St.Clairsville High School.

They are on a team with Scott Jenkins - Vice President and General Manager, D.S. Brown, Jeff Bedard - General Manager, Sunesta & Gutter Helmet, and Glenn Mackay - Vice President & General Manager, Amico Canada Inc and Erdle Perforating. Their manager is William T. Bosway, CEO.
