Adrian Van Eeden

Adrian Van Eeden is the current CIO at GIBS Business School. Prior to this, they were IT Manager at SA Taxi Finance from March 2008 to October 2010. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing an IT strategy in line with the CIO objectives, standardising and managing the IT architecture, and managing risk and compliance areas within the IT division. Adrian also oversaw all aspects of the IT operation, including people management, infrastructure and application management, service delivery, and vendor relationships. Adrian initiated and implemented improvements in all areas of IT responsibility, ensuring that company technology assets were maintained responsibly. Adrian also developed and implemented governance procedures for all aspects of the business affecting technology. Adrian has a proven track record in successfully managing IT projects, as well as software development processes.

Adrian Van Eeden has a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Adrian also has an MBA in General Management from GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science).
