Fernando Baz

Fernando Baz is an experienced professional in strategy consulting and education, currently serving as Adjunct Faculty for Strategy Execution at GIBS Business School since July 2022 and previously as part-time Faculty for the GIBS MBA program. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Strat.exe Consulting since August 2011, Fernando specializes in strategy definition and execution for clients in South Africa. Prior to this, Fernando held the position of Principal at Palladium Group, Inc. from 2005 to 2011, leading various strategic projects across different sectors. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Accenture, focusing on strategy, organization, and change management across Spain and Mexico. Fernando holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
