Nikitta Hahn

Nikitta Hahn currently serves as the Senior Manager of Accreditation at GIBS Business School since March 2021, where responsibilities include aligning the strategic vision of the Head of Accreditation with operational excellence in Accreditation, Rankings, and Quality deliverables. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Senior Accreditation Coordinator at GIBS, where contributions involved fostering a culture of quality, managing international accreditation processes, and overseeing ranking submissions. Before GIBS, Nikitta held positions at Johannesburg Business School, focusing on research in economics related to Africa and Latin America, and supported various departments through research and administrative functions. Earlier experience includes teaching academic writing at the University of Johannesburg and holding marketing assistant roles. Nikitta holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, Philosophy, and English Literature from the University of Johannesburg, along with a culinary certification from the International Hotel School.
