Ashley Menzies Babatunde

Ashley Menzies Babatunde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, legal practice, and media. Currently serving as the Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Gibson Dunn since January 2024, Ashley leads internal and external communications strategies while managing client partnerships and supporting recruiting and retention efforts. Previously, Ashley hosted the podcast "No Straight Path" on HubSpot, focusing on humanizing success from a Millennial perspective. Ashley's legal career includes positions as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, along with roles in various legal assistant capacities. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University.
