Syedha Noreenia

Syedha Noreenia is an experienced Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Program Manager at Talend, where responsibilities include designing and managing global DEIB projects since June 2022. Prior to Talend, Noreenia served as Diversity & Inclusion Manager at A New Leaf, creating and leading the organization's first DEI strategy, facilitating training across departments, and serving as a resource for executive leadership. Noreenia also gained experience as a Diversity & Inclusion and Supplier Diversity Graduate Intern at H-E-B, promoting diversity initiatives and enhancing employee engagement, and as a Senior Diversity Coordinator at Agnes Scott College, where programming on diversity and inclusion was developed for students, staff, and faculty. Noreenia holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Agnes Scott College.
