Evan D'Amico

Evan D'Amico is a Corporate Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where since 2013, expertise has been applied in advising companies, private equity firms, boards of directors, and special committees on complex corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and financing transactions.
