Isadora Cidade Mariano

Isadora Cidade Mariano has extensive experience in financial management and business strategy, currently serving as Partner and CFO of Asset Management Services Division at XP Inc. since August 2020. Previously, Isadora held various leadership positions at EloGroup from October 2016 to August 2020 and worked as a Business Process Specialist at Voxel Digital in early 2016. Early career roles include scientific research positions at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and Escola Politécnica da USP, as well as internships at Accenture and Dell. Isadora holds a Master's degree in Production Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, both from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
