Kahlil Yearwood

Kahlil Yearwood is an accomplished attorney specializing in commercial real estate finance and capital markets, currently serving as an Executive Committee Member and Co-Partner In Charge at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP since May 2018. With extensive experience representing financial institutions in various commercial real estate transactions, Kahlil's expertise includes loan origination, subordinate debt, CMBS securitization, and asset management activities. Prior to Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Kahlil was a Partner in the Finance and Real Estate Group at Dechert LLP from August 2005 to April 2018 and held the position of Vice President at Precept Corporation from August 1999 to December 2001. Kahlil holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
