Maziar Jamnejad

Maziar Jamnejad is a technology lawyer at Gibson Dunn, providing regulatory advice and representation for technology companies, with a focus on competition law and the EU Digital Markets Act. Previously, Maziar served as Head of Digital Adoption at Linklaters, enhancing legal technology usage, and played a pivotal role in establishing the firm's innovation advisory business. Maziar also held positions at HSBC as Senior Legal Counsel for innovation and led legal innovation initiatives at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where responsibilities included technology implementation and matter management transformation. Maziar’s career began with a focus on disputes law and regulatory matters, with early experience at HM Treasury in fiscal strategy. Maziar holds an LLM in International Law from the University of Cambridge and an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
