Scott Greenberg

Scott Greenberg currently serves as the Global Chair of the Business Restructuring & Reorganization Group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where tenure began in October 2019. Scott is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Prior to this role, Scott was a Partner at Jones Day from March 2013 to October 2019, co-heading the New York Business Restructuring and Reorganization group. Previous experience includes a partnership at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP from March 2007 to March 2013 and serving as an Associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP from May 2001 to March 2007. Scott earned a Juris Doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
