Joshua Colton Wauson

Joshua Colton Wauson has a diverse professional background encompassing roles in education and engineering. Currently serving as the Middle School ELAR Tutor Coordinator at Gibson Educational Services since January 2022, Wauson previously worked as a Piano Teacher at Creative Soul Music School from August 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a Process Engineer at Formosa Plastics from August 2016 to June 2020, where Wauson developed capital projects, coordinated sampling efforts, led safety meetings, and conducted training. Early career roles included positions as a Personal Assistant at Quality Used Equipment of South Texas and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where Wauson contributed to research on photoelectrocatalysts and fuel cell catalysts. Wauson's educational background includes an Associate degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Texas Baptist Institute & Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
