Brandon Shackleford

Brandon Shackleford has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having held management positions at various hotels and Starbucks. Brandon is currently the General Manager at Residence Inn Pigeon Forge and SpringHill Suites Ooltewah, overseeing food and beverage operations. Prior to this, Brandon worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, where Brandon was responsible for inventory control, staff training, and maintaining cleanliness of F&B outlets. Additionally, Brandon has experience as a Store Manager at Starbucks, focusing on increasing sales and providing excellent customer service. Brandon graduated from Union County High School in 2008.
