Melissa Poma has extensive experience in Human Resources, Compliance, and Risk Management. At M Gibson Hotels, Melissa serves as the Vice President in charge of these areas across multiple hotel locations. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of Director of Employee Potential at RenaissancePG, Inc. and worked as a Branch Manager at Randstad. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from East Tennessee State University.
