Jon Slusser

Jon Slusser currently serves as the Commercial Risk Management - Growth Officer at Gibson, a position held since October 2023, and additionally holds the role of Managing Advisor - Commercial Lines. Since March 2020, Jon Slusser has been a co-founder of the Small Business Collaborative. Prior experience includes directing small business initiatives and serving as a risk management consultant at MJ Insurance from April 2017 to October 2023. Jon Slusser also co-founded the Indiana Franchise Association and worked as an Insurance and Financial Services Representative at State Farm. Earlier roles include freight sales, business development, and sales consulting positions at Spot Freight, FitzMark, and Glenbrook Dodge/Hyundai. Education was completed at Purdue University Fort Wayne from 2009 to 2014.
