Jeremey R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jeremey started their career at TriPath Imaging as an Inventory and Finance Analyst, where they implemented the company's first standard cost system and assisted with the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Jeremey then moved on to Eaton Truck Components, where they served as a Cost Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, and eventually as a Plant Controller, overseeing cost reduction initiatives and developing forecasting modules. Jeremey later worked at Nestle as the Head of Factory Finance, managing cost reduction initiatives and local IT projects. Jeremey also worked at Special Metals Corporation as a Manager of Cost Accounting, providing analysis and leadership in the costing system and accounting processes. Prior to their current position as Director of Operations Controlling at Gibson Brands, Inc., Jeremey held various roles at Tempur Sealy International, Hearth & Home Technologies, STEMCO LP, and American Water, where they gained experience in operations finance, inventory control, financial planning and analysis, and distribution center management. In addition, Jeremey also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Sullivan University.

Jeremey R. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas in the years 1991 to 1998. Jeremey also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Business from the Wake Forest University School of Business from 2001 to 2003.
