Rhys Phillip

Rhys Phillip currently serves as the Senior Portfolio Manager for Infra Asset Management Europe at GIC since September 2022. Additionally, Rhys is an Alternate Board Director at Associated British Ports, a member of the Board of Directors for Railpool and CETIN, where responsibilities include membership on the audit and risk committee. Rhys holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Terega Holding, the second-largest natural gas transmission and storage company in France, and has been the Managing Director of Rotherslade Limited since August 2017, providing consulting services to dynamic businesses. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Cornerstone (CTIL) from March 2018 to September 2022 and Chief Commercial Officer at IHS Towers from April 2013 to March 2017. Rhys was also a Partner and Global Transaction Advisory Leader for the Telecom sector at Ernst & Young LLP from September 2007 to April 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge.
