Aeron Chang

Aeron Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in end user experience and business continuity management. Currently serving as the VP, End User Experience Lead at GIC since April 2015, Aeron focuses on Deskside processes and device governance, executing global end user projects and improvements. Previously, Aeron held roles as VP and AVP in Business Continuity Management (IT/DR) within GIC, overseeing governance and execution of business continuity programs. Prior experience includes an Associate position at J.P. Morgan, managing IT resiliency and business continuity across multiple Asia-Pacific regions, and a brief internship at Merrill Lynch. Aeron holds a Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours in Electronic Commerce from the National University of Singapore.
