Kah Yie Foo

Kah Yie Foo is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at GIC since 1999, Kah Yie Foo leads a team dedicated to sourcing talent to support the organization's growth. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where collaboration with business leaders on talent needs was key, and various positions in HR and corporate communications that focused on enhancing GIC's recruitment brand and developing talent pipelines. Prior to GIC, Kah Yie Foo was a Management Trainee at Singapore Press Holdings, contributing to sales strategies and advertising initiatives. Kah Yie Foo holds a BBA (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and has a foundational education from Raffles Institution and Raffles Girls' School.
