Jared N Harlow is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in recruiting for the aerospace and defense technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Swarm Aero since August 2025, Jared focuses on assembling a passionate team for an early-stage startup. Previously, Jared was a Member of Recruiting Staff at OpenAI, leading backend engineering hiring initiatives, and held senior talent acquisition positions at Rivian and Amazon, where responsibilities included executing comprehensive recruiting strategies across various technical and supply chain roles. Jared's earlier career includes positions at IBM, ConocoPhillips, TEKsystems, and CSL Plasma, showcasing a diverse recruitment expertise spanning multiple industries. Jared earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University from 2001 to 2006.
