Mark Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset development, project management, and engineering across various industries, particularly in real estate and capital projects. Currently serving as Vice President at GIC, Mark focuses on identifying viable commercial real estate opportunities. Prior experiences include leading capital project management at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and directing global capital project and operations management at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, overseeing complex multi-million-dollar programs. Mark's career spans over two decades, with significant roles at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and a military background with the U.S. Air Force, providing a strong foundation in construction and operations management. Mark holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a Master of Science in Technology Management from Central Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Haven.
