Tom Zhang is currently serving as the Lead Solutions Architect in the Data Strategy Group at GIC since March 2022, focusing on designing, building, and evolving data solutions. Prior to GIC, Tom held multiple roles at AvePoint from July 2011 to March 2022, including Solutions Director, where responsibilities included leading the APAC solutions team and consulting in pre-sales. Additional positions at AvePoint encompassed Project Lead and various roles as a Support Engineer, Senior Solutions Specialist, and Team Manager. Between October 2017 and December 2018, Tom worked at Microsoft as a Partner Technology Solutions Professional, enhancing pre-sales engagement capabilities in collaboration with top-tier partners. Tom is currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Intelligent Systems at the National University of Singapore, following a MicroMasters in Data Science from UC San Diego.
