Wen Hua Soh

Wen Hua Soh possesses extensive experience in campus recruitment and management within the financial services industry. Currently part of GIC's Global Graduate Programmes since June 2022, Wen previously held significant roles at Citi as the Regional Campus Programme Manager for the APAC Institutional Clients Group and as Country Campus Recruiter and Campus Marketing Lead from May 2019 to June 2022. Responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes, managing analyst programmes, and conceptualizing marketing campaigns. Prior roles include University Relations Manager at OCBC Bank, Lead for Human Capital Development at the Singapore Economic Development Board, and a Human Resource Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank. Wen holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Sociology from the National University of Singapore and has furthered education at Singapore Management University and the University of California, Berkeley.
