Winson Chang

Winson Chang is an experienced project manager with a strong background in leading technology initiatives across various sectors, particularly within financial services. Currently serving as the Lead Project Manager for Corporate Services and Tax & HR at GIC since January 2019, Winson is responsible for technology requirements, budgets, and project management across multiple business functions. Previously, Winson held consulting and project management roles at Credit Suisse between 1996 and 2018, where responsibilities included digital transformation, business change advisory, and managing global support teams. Winson holds a BSC in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and has further education in strategic IT training and global finance.
