Hubert Raymond

Hubert Raymond is currently the Director of Innovation and the Generate accelerator at GICAT, where they facilitate innovation and manage public contracts within the defense ecosystem. Since 2022, they have also served as a member of the Consultative Commission for the Operational Reserve of the Army. Previously, Hubert gained experience as a negotiator and buyer at DGA - Direction générale de l'armement, after serving as a reservist officer in the Army. Their earlier roles include co-founding and managing PHOENIX EQUIPEMENT, and an internship at the French Embassy in the UK focusing on security issues. Hubert holds an educational background from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
