Jaelen Brock has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2021, they worked as a Designer at Giddy. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Jaelen worked as a Freelance Designer for multiple companies including Hello Harper and The Web Effect. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Freelance Graphic Designer at FEMA. In 2016-2017, Jaelen served as a Creative Art Director at Lindsey and Asp. Their earlier experiences include roles such as Morale Executive Committee at The University of Oklahoma's Soonerthon, Mentor at Connect U Mentorship Program, and Social Chair and Director of Friendship at Chi Omega Fraternity. Jaelen's earliest experience dates back to 2013 where they worked as a Small Group Leader for Campus Activities Council's Camp Crimson.

Jaelen Brock began their education in 2012 at The University of Oklahoma at Norman's College of Architecture. However, it appears that they did not complete a degree in this field. In 2014, they switched their focus and enrolled in The University of Oklahoma at Norman's Gaylord College of Journalism & Mass Communications. After three years of study, they graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (B.A.) with a specialization in Advertising. To further their education, Jaelen then attended Miami Ad School Atlanta @ Portfolio Center from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Master's degree in Design + Art Direction.
