Fran Ante Lončar

Junior Robotics Engineer at Gideon

Fran Ante Lončar started their work experience in 2016 as a Junior Back-end Developer at Dream Implementation. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Research Intern at BMW Group, focusing on model order reduction for vehicle vibrations. During this time, they developed a Matlab software prototype. From 2018 to 2020, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the Technical University of Munich, specifically at the Chair of Optimal Control. In this role, they worked on a C++ software for numerical solutions of optimal control problems with PDE constraints. Currently, starting in 2021, they are working as a Junior Robotics Engineer at Gideon Brothers.

Fran Ante Lončar completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 2014 to 2017. Following this, Fran pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics in Science and Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, during the period of 2017 to 2020.
