Ed Kispert works to constantly propel Gideon towards the firm’s goals by improving its operational systems and processes, specifically supporting management, reporting, information flow, business processes, and organizational planning. He also manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, and finance) through improvements to each function, as well as coordination and communication between support and business services. Ed plays a significant role in Gideon's long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence.
