Andrea Zech

Andrea Zech has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Andrea'smost recent role is as a Business Process Lead at Giesecke+Devrient since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Coach Agile Transformation at Culture Work GmbH from May 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Culture Work GmbH, Andrea held various positions at Linde, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Digitalisation from May 2019 to April 2021, and Head of Inhouse-Sales / Authorised Representative at Unterbichler Gase GmbH from May 2017 to April 2019.

Andrea also spent a significant part of their career at Linde AG, where they held roles such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Region Central Europe from March 2014 to April 2017, and Product and Project Manager - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from July 2006 to February 2014.

Prior to their time at Linde, Andrea worked as a Marketing Consultant at Siemens Building Technologies gmbH & Co. oHG from May 2002 to June 2006, and as Director Marketing FutureLAB at Siemens AG from May 2000 to April 2002. Andrea also gained experience as a Marketing Manager at Falck Deutschland GmbH from July 1999 to June 2000.

Andrea's career began as a Scientific Assistant in Tourism & Management at Fachhochschule Westküste - Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik Heide from February 1998 to June 1999. Andrea also worked as a Junior Consultant at Dr. Goetz & Partner GmbH from May 1997 to January 1998.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated expertise in areas such as business process optimization, agile transformation, digitalization, and marketing.

Andrea Zech received their education at FH Stralsund - University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1997. Andrea obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Tourism in 1996. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1991, they attended Medizinische Fachschule - Medical school & Hospital @Intensiv care unit, where they earned a degree in Nursing in 1991. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org.
