Surabhi Nikumbha

Surabhi Nikumbha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 19 years of experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Development Specialist, HR Leader, and AVP HR at Giesecke+Devrient since June 2019, Surabhi is involved in developing security technologies. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for Information Services at Stryker Global Technology Center and L&D Head at Stryker India, where responsibilities included managing HR setups and leading talent development initiatives. Surabhi also held the position of HR Head in Corporate HR at Sentiss Pharma, focusing on talent development and employee engagement. Earlier career stages included roles at Sun Pharma, where Surabhi was a Manager-HR for R&D, and at Royal Bank of Scotland as an HR Advisor.
